Born and raised in Hannover, Germany, Lisa moved to South Florida in 2017 after completing her curriculum in product design at the Hannover University of Applied Sciences and Arts. Having worked for various luxury brands in the automotive industry, Lisa demonstrates an ardent work ethic by virtue of extensive customer service experience and a refreshingly upbeat attitude. Since arriving in South Florida, she has gained over five years of experience managing vacation rental homes while working to appease an eclectic clientele. Fluency in German, English, and Italian has also helped broaden her sphere of influence whilst serving clients internationally.
After moving to the United States, Lisa initially interned as a brand ambassador and marketing assistant for SkY360; a luxury townhouse development located in Lauderdale by the Sea. She expanded social media outreach, refined the brand for broader appeal, and successfully structured advertisements in order to target a more suitable audience. This included a design overhaul of marketing materials, guiding onsite tours for potential buyers, answering inquiries pertaining to building specifications and pricing and brand representation at various real estate events. Her internship quickly turned into full-time employment and subsequently led to a successful venture into the vacation rental industry. Learning from local real estate agents and developers through this process has influenced Lisa’s approach when it comes to understanding the nuances of real estate in residential and vacation rental markets.
